  The new Windsor location in Ala Moana is very nice and spacious, with a broad amount of clothing options to choose from. The browsing experience is good, and generally the employees are friendly and attentive. However, after the completion of renovations and new location, I have a huge complaint about the dressing rooms. First of all, they are significantly less spacious than the previous rooms, but I can see the benefit in this because there are a lot more rooms and reduces wait times. The biggest issue, however, is the lighting. There are two extremely bright lights positioned directly above the mirror/customer that are harsh, unflattering, and hot. It is hard to look in the mirror and truly consider a product when all you can see is the lightbulb casting shadows across your whole face and highlighting every flaw or texture your face/body possibly has. The harshness of the lights can also cause the smaller room to feel warm very quickly. I typically don’t really care about dressing rooms because it’s a relatively small part of the shopping experience, but the lighting in these ones is unlike anything I’ve ever had, especially compared to the spacious and calmer atmosphere of the old dressing rooms. I like Windsor products and the employees are always pleasant, but I do feel that they might lose sales sometimes when customers are struggling to decide on how much they actually like a dress/product due to the distracting conditions of the dressing rooms. Potentially dimming at least one of the bulbs in each room or angling them less directly above the customer might help the overall shopping experience. Thanks!

  Employé très désagréable Je me suis sentie inférieur à la caissière qui me regarder d’un air très désagréable et hautaine en mode qu’est ce que tu fais là juste parce que ma tenue n’étais pas très adapté a la vibe du magasin Je me suis rendu à ce magasin le 8 avril De plus que les clientes laissent leurs affaires dans les cabines d’essayage qui n’utilise même pas.

  The clothing is so beautiful and well made. Not one piece of ugly clothing in sight! I bought a blue dress and some heels and they’re now my absolute favorite pieces in my wardrobe! 10/10 will be going back for one of their gowns.

  Love the clothing very good quality, employees are so helpful and very kind. Place is cleaned I feel safe that they sanitize everything well organized.
