  Extremely poor customer service. Ordered Meta glasses in the Ala Moana to ship to NYC because sales person told us that if we bought online, it can't be returned in a Ray Ban store in NY. FALSE. The sales person also said that tracking info would be emailed to me since it is a gift. After 2 days, no email has been received. Furthermore, when we went back to inquire in the store, the sales people there couldn't tell us about the order status. Had no idea and their excuse is they are short staffed. DISAPPOINTING. I tried calling a toll free number given to us by the store, and it is trying to sell me a medical device and hangs up when I decline. UNBELIEVABLE. Maui Jims have superior customer service and product. I will not be buying from Ray Bans again.

  I went to this store specifically to purchase the Ray-Ban Meta glasses, but I walked out empty-handed and deeply offended. It was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The sales associate, Victoria, was incredibly condescending and arrogant from start to finish. When I asked how to choose between the transition lenses since they were clear indoors, she merely flicked a flashlight on them for a split second. When I explained that I couldn't see the difference and asked if I could step outside to see how they reacted to natural sunlight, she flatly refused, saying it "wasn't accurate" because it was cloudy. Every time I asked for professional advice or which lens was popular, she shut me down by repeatedly saying, "It depends on the person." Her explanations—such as "one is a warm black and the other is a regular black"—were completely unhelpful and dismissive. When I told her I couldn't understand her explanation enough to make a choice, she showed zero empathy. I was shocked to find similar complaints about her on Google Maps after I got home. While the product itself is appealing, I will never set foot in this store again. If you value your time and respect, please stay away from this location, especially if Victoria is working.

  ⚠️ WARNING – TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ⚠️ Bought Ray-Ban Meta glasses here and they were DEFECTIVE within 24 hours (audio issue). When I came back for an exchange, the staff REFUSED because I didn’t have the cardboard box… seriously? I had the receipt and everything else. The way I was treated was honestly shocking — VIRGINIA was dismissive, rude, and zero willingness to help. After arguing, they forced me into taking a DIFFERENT model because I didn’t have time to keep dealing with them. I’ve been a Ray-Ban customer for years and I’ve NEVER been treated this badly. Avoid this location.

  We visited the store to surprise my father-in-law with Meta glasses for Christmas, and had a wonderful experience! A special shout-out to Patrick, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining everything to him. We truly appreciated the great service and highly recommend this location!
