  I visited Plato’s Closet in Honolulu on Tuesday, July 14, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of the sales associates, Haley. During my visit, I went to the fitting room area twice to try on clothing. Both times, Haley told me that the fitting rooms were occupied without checking or knocking on the doors. When another customer exited, I was able to go in, which made me question whether the rooms had actually been checked before I was turned away. What stood out most was that shortly afterward, I observed Haley escort another customer to the fitting room, knock on the door to confirm availability, and then allow that customer to use the room. I wasn’t given the same courtesy, even though I had been waiting. I understand that retail can be busy, and I appreciate that mistakes happen. However, consistency in customer service is important. I simply expected the same level of attention and consideration that was shown to other shoppers. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience so that every customer is treated fairly and with the same level of respect.

  Visited this store for the first time today & it did not disappoint ! Very clean, organized store with probably the best quality clothing, shoes & bags that I ever saw in a used clothing store. Found a bunch of clothing ! You can sell your clothing here too. We were lucky to have a good parking spot. Very pleasant shopping experience and will definitely return.

  Big waste of time and do not recommend. Won't be selling any clothes or shopping here ever again.

  My experience here was amazing! Lily helped me out tons and was such a sweet girl!!
