  Compré dos meses atrás unos oakley meta y dejaron de funcionar, los llevé al local oficial para ver que podían hacer y no me dieron ninguna solución, se desligaron diciendo que era un tema de Meta no de ellos, no me ofrecieron ninguna solución por unos lentes de 500 dólares

  Huge shoutout to Noah at Oakley Waikiki. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Super knowledgeable, laid back, and genuinely passionate about helping customers find the right pair. I asked him what his favorite sunglasses were, and he immediately brought out a fresh pair of violet Neo Jackets. Such a dope pair. The style was unique, the fit was clean, and Noah made the whole experience fun instead of feeling like a sales pitch. You can tell he actually knows and loves the products he’s selling. If you’re in Waikiki and looking for sunglasses, definitely stop by and ask for Noah. Outstanding customer service and great vibes all around.

  I would give zero stars if I could. Bought a very expensive pair of sunglasses here and in a month the lenses peeled and crackled and I was told by Oakley that it was because of my sweat and it was not returnable. These glasses were soooo expensive!! Terrible product and worse customer service!!
