- KKKing KongSep 24, 20261.0Customer service sucks!
- CDClara K Dallas-ZuritaAug 27, 20261.0There was one male Korean employee who made shopping pretty uncomfortable. He was just hovering a bunch near by, not hiding the fact that he was making sure I wasn’t trying to steal. I even walked fast to the check out line to see his reaction. Sure enough, he walked fast to catch up and was relieved when I stood in line. I’ll be doing online shopping from now on or none at all with lululemon.
- SSSageAug 12, 20261.0There seemed to be more employees than customers in the store, yet most of them were standing around chatting with one another instead of assisting shoppers. Several employees were gathered right in the middle of the walkways, making it difficult to move around and browse comfortably.
- DWDan WMay 26, 20261.0Extremely disappointed with the careless service and ruined product! My wife purchased a bag from this lululemon store at Ala Moana Center on the evening of May 20, 2026. The staff member who handled our checkout was completely expressionless and unprofessional, but what’s worse is their absolute carelessness: they forgot to remove the security tag from the bag. Because we were international tourists, we didn’t notice it until we returned to our home country. When we finally managed to remove the heavy security tag, we realized the bag was already severely damaged, leaving a huge, noticeable hole in the mesh and fabric. We initially thought it was a manufacturing quality control issue when looking at it from afar, but it turns out to be a direct result of your staff's gross negligence. We paid full price for a brand-new premium product, only to have it completely ruined before its first use due to your store's terrible service. If you are a tourist visiting this Honolulu location, please double-check every single item before leaving the store. The staff here clearly do not care about their customers or the products they sell. Absolutely unacceptable.
