  My wife and I had an extremely frustrating experience picking up an item that had already been dropped off for alteration. We were not shopping, returning merchandise, or looking for Honolulu-exclusive items. We simply needed to pick up an altered pair of pants that was ready for pickup. My wife had the QR code and confirmation information available. Unfortunately, the employee controlling access to the left entrance of the store repeatedly refused to listen to our explanation and continually directed us to the long line on the right entrance clearly for customers purchasing Honolulu-exclusive products. Every attempt to explain that we were only there for a pickup was immediately cut off. What made the experience especially frustrating is that this should have taken less than a minute. A team member could have scanned the QR code, retrieved the item, and sent us on our way. Instead, we were treated as if we were trying to bypass the line despite having a completely different reason for being there. The issue wasn't the wait itself, it was the complete lack of listening, flexibility, and customer service. A simple conversation would have resolved the situation immediately. I've always associated lululemon with excellent customer service, which made this experience particularly disappointing.

  Terrible customer service experience. I walked in and no one acknowledged me at all. I browsed a few items right in front of the staff and still didn’t receive any greeting or assistance. As I was leaving, the security guard briefly acknowledged me, but they were on their phone. Overall, it felt very unwelcoming.

  We just happened to be 5th in line for the daily local release by accident. I had no idea they do this local release daily, I just wanted to check out the store. There wasn’t a crazy selection of items but I picked up one shirt since I waited in line. I would like to see some colorful items but the clerk stated they put local logos on basic colors: white, black, and grey pretty much. They did have some blue ladies shorts but not my size. Either way, it was fun if you have time.

  (Racially) profiled here is crazy work. Just went in and had staff close the doors on both parts of the store as I was walking on either side while I was shopping. I was friendly with staff, shared what I liked, and purchased but the vibe was off with all of them staring at me, with a girl following me and the security guard also. Never once did they ask me for help, I had to go to them. I wasn’t acting suspicious, I used to work at Lulu so I know what screams red flags. This was god awful and made me feel terrible. I never wish this on anyone.
