  Purchased a bag here and the experience was so pleasant. They had exactly the style I was looking for, assisted me in choosing a charm and proceeded to sit us down with bottles of sparkling water while we waited for them to prepare the item. Very good customer service.

  Really great store and a beautiful space, but what made the visit stand out were Jin and Sofia . They were genuinely great to deal with. Very patient, never pushy, and just took the time to walk me through things in a way that felt natural. This kind of experience is not common, and it makes a big difference. I will definitely be back.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Tanya! I shared the story of how my mother named me Loewe after discovering the fragrance while she was pregnant with me, and Tanya was incredibly sweet and engaged. She even went above and beyond by sharing more of the brand’s history and stories with us. My partner and I truly loved the experience and will definitely stop by again on our next trip.   Loewe has become one of my favorite luxury brands because of their unique handbags and exceptional in store experience. Randy is such a kind and patient client advisor and has helped me purchase a wallet and tote bag over this year. From the other client advisors, back of house team, security guard to the store manager, all of them are very warm and welcoming. Thank you for all of your hospitality towards me (and my dog)!
