  Purchased a bag here and the experience was so pleasant. They had exactly the style I was looking for, assisted me in choosing a charm and proceeded to sit us down with bottles of sparkling water while we waited for them to prepare the item. Very good customer service.

  Such a bad experience!!! The sales gave me the wrong bag!! When I bought the mini puzzle, there are last two left and one with a hump on the back. I chose the another one but when I inbox it before I went to the airport, i found they gave me the one with hump.... And we are rush to the airport. It's make people feeling soooooo BAD!

  Loewe has become one of my favorite luxury brands because of their unique handbags and exceptional in store experience. Randy is such a kind and patient client advisor and has helped me purchase a wallet and tote bag over this year. From the other client advisors, back of house team, security guard to the store manager, all of them are very warm and welcoming. Thank you for all of your hospitality towards me (and my dog)!
