  Worst experience ever. Place my order on a Friday paid same-day delivery and they decided to accommodate them self by delivering the following day due to traffic. Lazy people. Didn’t give a refund either for the same day fee that I paid. DO NOT ORDER from the place.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND. Use a local business instead. I ordered well in advance for a surprise delivery, yet less than 24 hours before arrival, we were contacted with multiple, conflicting excuses as to why they essentially did not want to complete the order. The first excuse was that the same phone number couldn’t be used for both the purchaser and recipient. I explained that I was ordering it for myself as a surprise. The next excuse was that they couldn’t leave it with the Aulani front desk because “Aulani doesn’t allow that.” Before placing this order, I specifically confirmed with Aulani that they accept and hold deliveries for guests all the time. When I shared that, I was actually told Aulani was wrong, followed by yet another excuse. At that point, I told them that if they simply didn’t want to do the job they were hired and prepaid to do, they should cancel the order so I could make other arrangements. Otherwise, I would dispute the charge because this was becoming ridiculous. Suddenly, the story changed, and I was told they were “just trying to make sure someone received the order.” If you’re planning a surprise, you prepare in advance and expect the business to do the job they were paid to do—not call you the day before with excuse after excuse. This is, without question, the worst Edible Arrangements experience I’ve ever had. If you actually want your order completed, I would strongly recommend using a local business instead.

  Thank you for making my entire day better! You put a smile on my face ! All the fruits were fresh and the chocolate covered strawberries are my favorite! I especially wanted to thank your delivery lady for her awesome customer service! She is definitely an asset for your company because she is so personable and professional! Thank you again!!!

  Ordered an arrangement online then decided to cancel the order within 24 hours of ordering and unfortunately was only partially refunded the amount that I was charged. The amount that was not refunded back to me was the tip amount I was required to pay when initially ordering online. Emailed Edible Arrangements 4 times and received no response. Called several times to be placed on hold for more than 15 min. Finally got connected to the customer service Edible Arrangements local store in Portland, Oregon store 170 and spoke with Sarah who basically told me they were not going to refund me for my total amount charged and to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. After dealing with her bad attitude she told me to call corporate for my refund. I found it very strange that this store would refund me just for the arrangement amount but keep my tip for a canceled order. Are they pocketing tips for canceled orders? Sketchy. There should be no reason for me to contact the corporate office for my original amount of refund; you would think customer service would have easily assisted me with this issue from the start. And no reason for me to dispute a charge on my credit card for a charge that was partially refunded by Edible Arrangements. Although this issue was finally rectified I will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements ever again. Terrible customer service and horrible communication. Would definitely not recommend to my friends and family.

  They went above and beyond to make sure my mom got her arrangement for her birthday and on her birthday despite a few failed attempts during the day! They ended up delivering after business hours and just in time for my mom to enjoy her post-birthday dinner fruit desserts. I believe the manager(?) delivered it themself because the delivery guy(s?) during the day had some trouble with anyone being home to accept the gift. Incredible service!
