  Visited December 23, 2025 We are currently on a seventeen day cruise through Hawaii. Although we have visited Hawaii four times before, this is our first time experiencing it by cruise. On this particular day in Honolulu, we only had from seven in the morning until eleven at night, so time felt incredibly precious. Before the trip, I had already decided that I wanted to do some luxury shopping. Earlier in the day, we had an appointment at another luxury boutique, but for reasons I cannot fully explain, it just did not feel right. After that, we walked over to Dior at Ala Moana, and from the moment we arrived, everything changed. The security guard, William, welcomed us with such warmth and grace. My husband and I had our two little girls with us, ages six and seven, and instead of feeling like an inconvenience, we felt genuinely welcomed. Inside the boutique, Rosie greeted me promptly and kindly. When I pointed out the first bag that caught my eye, she smiled and mentioned that I clearly loved unique purses. She took her time showing me different options, listening closely to what I liked, and never once rushed me. We eventually stepped out to explore other stores, but as we were leaving, William graciously thanked us for coming and wished us a wonderful day. After shopping elsewhere and having lunch, I could not stop thinking about that first purse I saw at Dior. My heart was still set on it, so my husband brought us back. Once again, William welcomed us warmly, and Rosie greeted us as if we had never left. This time, she brought out many different bags for me to see. Her manager, Margaux, joined us as well, and together they helped my husband and me thoughtfully consider our options. Manager Li was also incredibly kind and attentive, especially with our children. She took such genuine care with our family, recommended a Korean shaved ice place right in the mall that we all loved, and later helped us arrange an Uber, which was so appreciated given our limited time in Honolulu. What truly stood out was how kind and attentive everyone was to our entire family. We were there for quite a long time, and throughout our visit they offered coffee for my husband, tea for me which our girls enjoyed, and water multiple times. They were incredibly patient with our children, making the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful. After much consideration, I chose a beautiful and very unique Lady Dior that I fell completely in love with. The butterfly design holds deep personal meaning for me, which made this purchase even more special. Rosie made sure to check on me throughout the process and ensured I felt confident and happy with my decision. I was already so grateful, but my husband was not done surprising me. One of my dream Dior bags has always been the Dior Book Tote, but he was not convinced a canvas work bag was right. While I was busy with our girls, he continued looking and found a beautiful leather bag in the men’s section that he felt would be the perfect and durable work bag for me. Rosie showed us other options as well, but nothing compared, and he surprised me with that bag too. While waiting, I noticed a stunning pair of Christian Dior wedges that I fell in love with. My husband insisted I get them. Rosie brought out several styles, and before I knew it, my husband insisted on purchasing the wedges in both white and black. What started as browsing turned into four incredibly beautiful purchases that I will cherish forever. This experience was unforgettable because of the kindness, patience, and professionalism of Rosie, Margaux, Li, and William. Everyone in this store made us feel welcomed, respected, and cared for. I truly believe that warmth is why we ended up purchasing so much. I am a customer for life because of Rosie and the Dior Ala Moana team. This was a five star experience in every sense, and I will remember this visit with gratitude for years to come.

  I want to share that this is my first time in Hawaii, and on a whim, we decided to explore the shopping strip. We had a fantastic experience with Lilo Li, a sales specialist at Dior, who was truly exceptional! My partner and I were warmly welcomed, and I was able to try on the item I initially came for. Lilo demonstrated incredible patience as I tried on two different sizes of the Dway Slides, assisting me all the way through to my purchase. My experience at this store was wonderful, thanks to such an outstanding sales specialist! I would highly recommend shopping at this Dior—10/10!

  Very subtly rude service from SA Rose there few days ago. Was looking for the Evolution slides and asked to try on different colors. I did my research so I knew they were in stock, but Rose told me they are out of stock. I ended up only tried on the black one and I bought it because I’ve done my research. During the payment, they return one of my 100USD bill saying it’s chipped on the side. My bf was really mad afterwards and said it’s not an acceptable behavior and I should have talked to them about it. Today I went back and purchased the same slide in another color and a sling back flat ballerina, and the SA was nice but kind of indifferent. I work in sales as well and they are probably the worst salesmen I’ve ever seen. Btw their doorman, a local guy, could be the rudest doorman in Ala Moana. Recommend this place because it’s probably the only place on the island to get Dior, but do your research because the SAs are not going to be helpful at all…oh! And if you’re doing cash payment, make sure your bank don’t give you “chipped” bills💸
