  I’m a longtime Windsor fan, but my recent experience at the Pearl Ridge location left a very bad taste in my mouth. I visited the store one morning and encountered two employees, Donnica and Roxy, who were more focused on talking to each other than assisting customers. When I asked for help, their response and attitude were extremely rude and unwelcoming. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I personally witnessed similar behavior toward other customers while I was there. This did not feel like a one-time interaction, but rather a serious customer-service issue that management should address. I’ve always liked Windsor, which is why they made this experience especially disappointing. Customers deserve to feel welcomed and respected when they shop in your stores, not like an inconvenience. If this type of behavior continues, I can see it costing the store more loss of customers. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning to Windsor.

  Was shopping for the military ball here and both workers that helped me were rude as hell… My boyfriend was standing outside of my fitting room door so I can show him the dresses after I’d tried them on and he was completely kicked out of the open area of the fitting room lounge, we were followed around by workers the rest of the shopping experience to the point where we both felt too uncomfortable to continue shopping and they were very unhelpful when I asked questions. Will not be returning to this location. The clothes are cute but the attitudes and lack of help are not worth it.

  I had to call the police on the spot after an employee falsely accused me of being a potential predator. I was told by the cops to get a lawyer, and file a formal civil rights violation complaint. These types of accusations are dangerous, illegal, and frankly Jim Crow. Windsor, please hire better staff.

  Workers here are rude and stuck up. They make no personal connections at all. I shopped in here for two hours and not once did any worker come up to me and asked if I needed help. I also asked a specific worker if they had a certain shirt and she instantly said “ it sold out “ a few minutes later I found the shirt hanging up and I told her and she just shrugged her shoulders and said “ oh “. Also I understand it’s a adult store but when we have to bring our children shopping it’s already a stressful time so do us all a favor and take a lesson on how to be a little more understanding and friendly. Also each worker has different rules when it comes to the fitting rooms, one lady allowed two of us and my baby in one fitting room together with no issue at all she didn’t even count our items she just told us to go ahead so we did. Then when we tried to go back and try on more items a second time it was a different lady and she was beyond rude and was not allowing us to be in same room. I understand each store has its on policy’s but don’t come at me sideways when I question you why we can’t go in the same room again that we literally just both come out of 5 mins prior. Work on your communication between workers.
