- LLLinda “Lin”Feb 16, 20251.0The last couple of visits to this location have been incredibly disappointing. The lack of customer service is frustrating, I truly do not expect much as I understand how tiring it is to repeat the same script to hundreds of customers a day. I am actually one of the few who does not care to be greeted or helped because I love to browse but once I am ready to purchase my items I want to be treated at the very least with a hello. The cashier today looked at me with a blank stare as though I was supposed to know she was ready to help me. This continued through our entire interaction! She continued to have a blank stare, never asking me for my phone number for the rewards program or even telling me my total after she was done scanning my items. She instead took a step back and looked at me until I asked what she needed from me? She said it’s ready for you to pay… This particular employee should not be at the registers. Please consider putting her in another position.
