- RRRicamaineJun 23, 20261.0This was my first time using Belk's curbside pickup service. I have ordered from Belk before, but always had my items shipped to my home. The app instructed me to select "Door Pickup" and asked for my vehicle information, which made it confusing because there were no visible signs indicating dedicated pickup parking spaces. I later learned that the signs had been blown down during a storm. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was rude and immediately addressed where I parked instead of recognizing that the missing signage may have caused confusion for a first-time pickup customer. Once she realized the signs were down, a more courteous and understanding response would have been appreciated. I understand policies are important, but customer service is equally important. A little grace and professionalism go a long way when helping customers who are genuinely trying to follow the process. I hope Belk will address both the signage issue and remind staff that kindness and patience create a much better customer experience.
