  My daughter brought a container full of clothes and a nice Michael Kors wallet. She left it there because they said it would take about 30 minutes. So we left and went to run another errand we had not even gotten out of the car good enough and she got a text saying they were ready. We get there and they did not even look at the clothes or wallet. They told her they had a slight odor. First and foremost my daughter's clothes, etc does not stink nor are they nasty. These young girls(children) do not know the first thing about retail nor thrift. Instead of children being employed there what about adults who knows what they are doing. Platos buys "some items" from people very very cheap and then sells them for a higher price than the actual stores they came from. Slight smell is because your store smells like old musty mildew moth eaten clothes and shoes. This place is not worth patronizing.

  It’s a joke says that they buy stuff and I took a whole container full of clothes. They did not buy one item out of there so it’s not worth your time to tote it all over here for them to not purchase It is false advertisement.

  If your inventory is full, don’t accept sells as a whole. That aspect is a waste of time.

  Actually the worst Plato’s I’ve ever been to. Lots of Shein and off brand clothes. Had to really look to find good quality items.

  I love a good thrifting day so I decided to stop by. First, the store had a huge selection which I appreciate but a lot of the clothes were sized incorrectly or men’s items tagged as women’s or vice versa. The racks seem to be overflowing with shein so finding decent name brands were extremely hard to find , I also noticed a lot of clothes in poor condition with stains, holes, or extremely faded. I will definitely say I have found better quality items from goodwill and other local thrift stores for half the price of what they are selling. Lastly, some of the girls working were super helpful but some could work on their customer service skills.
