- KLKev LewisAug 8, 20261.0For the longest this has been my go to for fragrances. The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. Until today. I walked in with a loved one on her birthday with the full intent on purchasing 2 bottles (One for me and one for her). The staff behind the counters stood informing us while we stood there wanting to smell a couple of fragrances to decide. Not only did they not acknowledge us but they walked away saying to each other that if we wanted assistance we should have shouted “Hey” and they then began sticking the far end of the counter. Probably true if not for the fact that they knew we were waiting and proceeded to not assist because we didn’t shout for help. The old staff was much better.

OMG I was shocked 😲 I use to love going to Belks, finding little household items, nice casual handbags and little girly things for my granddaughters. Not anymore. It's like bad garage sale.
