- SOSelin OzJun 28, 20261.0Very disappointing customer service. I came in before the store closed to try on a pair of pants, but the fitting rooms had already been closed. A male employee just looked at his watch, said they were closed, and walked away without offering any explanation or help. His attitude was rude and unwelcoming.

The sidepiece/arm broke on one pair of the glasses the same day of purchase while in the normal process of putting them on and taking them off. On 6/15/26 I went to the store to return them. What a hassle!! Little miss cashier was extremely rude and questioned me as if I were lying about how they broke. Then she called the manager who would not simply approve the return but had to do some type of extra "investigation" and took the sunglasses to her office or wherever. She took an extraordinarily long time to render a decision to approve the return. By now, I'm beyond irritated ... especially since little cashier lady wanted to continue to argue with me about the return!!! Mind you, I have rarely if ever returned anything I've purchased at Nordstrom Rack. I also stated to cashier that I would not have received this treatment if I had a similar issue at TJ Maxx. She snapped back rudely "well we're NOT TJ Maxx!" Like it or not, TJX is your competition!!! I had planned to buy another pair of sunglasses after returning the broken ones, but I was extremely disgusted with the nasty attitude and treatment just to return a $25 pair of sunglasses ... so I left (with a refund) and they have lost a customer !!
