  The staff at this store are amazing. I called for a last-minute arrangement for my boss, and they were so friendly and helpful, creating something truly beautiful on short notice. My coworkers were impressed, and as a first-time customer, I know where I'm coming back for gifts. Thank you to this wonderful team!

  Over $100. Melted. Short on chocolate strawberries. When she called me back, what little bit I could understand was… no refund a mum.. but can I give you some cupcakes? She said it’s hot outside. So why sell the item if you can’t deliver?? False advertising. Huge lack of customer service. Don’t use this store for any special day, or a regular day for that matter. I was embarrassed that my DIL received that as a gift. EDIT: pic attached of the driver carrying a plastic, not cooler bag. And pic was attached to original complaint before I ever heard from you. It did NOT sit outside. That’s a lie. If your driver had any other orders ahead of me and I’m sure he did, it melted in his car not on the porch that he carelessly put it down on. And the pic was originally attached, of the order, so don’t act like you didn’t receive it. And the woman I talked to offered A CUPCAKE in Place of a $100 order. Also if you are not able to deliver the order, as advertised, why are you selling it during the summer, in Georgia? And… you called back AFTER offering a cupcake. During the conversation you offered nothing other than cupcakes. What did you expect? To chat some more? More lies and smoke blown up my rump? Your reply is nothing but lies. Not sure if the woman I spoke to lied to you and you posted this, or if it’s the same liar. How kind. A cupcake. It was delivered in a hot car. Can’t do the job properly… DONT OFFER THE SERVICE OR PRODUCT. My son saw him approaching, he Did Not Ring The Bell… and this review was posted due to the lack of a sensible response from the woman who originally called me. My son called me to let me know that it had arrived and that the guy just sat it down and left. Shall I post the entire video of the driver leaving it on the porch???And I see the untruthful reply goes right along with the customer service and product that this store offers to its valued customers. DO BETTER. How un professional to blame the recipient but expected tbh. ***Never received the refund so that too… was a blatant lie. RUN FROM THIS LOCATION THIEVES READ READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING

  This store truly keeps its word! I wanted to send a gift to someone special, and one of the kind ladies at the store helped me choose the perfect option within my budget. She even added a few thoughtful extras to make the gift more special. They gave me a delivery window and delivered the bouquet exactly within that time frame. The fruits were fresh and beautifully arranged. I absolutely love their staff, service, and punctuality. It's comforting to know I have a trustworthy place in the Suwanee area for all my gifting needs!

  I received two of the most fresh, delicious edible treats on Mother's Day, delivered by Edible Arrangements of Suwanee. My dessert box contained chocolate-covered strawberries, cheesecake tarts, and a variety of cookies. I also received a 4 count Madagascar vanilla bean cupcake pack. My delivery occurred around 4pm on Mother's Day, though the company had given me the courtesy of a text message letting me know that they were running behind time with deliveries and might be delayed bringing my gifts...great customer service! I have used EA many times in the past and never have any complaints. This company is very reputable, in my book. I highly recommend them and will continue to turn to them for my special occasion gift needs.
