  Love Platoes Closet Staff and are friendly and all clothes and shoes and more are super cool. Everytime I go there I always find things I love ❤️

  I can't imagine how this place has a 3.5 rating. Everytime I go I find great clothes at excellent prices. They are super friendly as well. Trinity even went above and beyond to help. It is my favorite place to shop!!!!!!

  Dropped off my clothes at 1:30pm. They told me about 2 hours. I smiled and went about my day. I open the link that tells me when my clothes will be about ready, and It says 4:30pm. That’s an hour extra I was expected to wait. I’m already annoyed. I go inside at 4:50pm to pick up my clothes and I’m told they haven’t even started on mine yet and it will be another 20 minutes. Their excuse is because it’s busy. I understand that you’re going to be busy but at least get my clothes ready by the time you told me. If I knew I would be waiting over 2 hours for my clothes I would have never brought them here. I also live about an hour away from here so it’s really annoying that my day is being wasted due to the lack of effort at Plato’s. Mind you it’s on a weekday!! Don’t go to this location. UPDATE: I just picked up my clothes at 5pm, I had two tote size bags full of clothes and two pairs of shoes. They offered me $53 for 13 items. I asked for a receipt of how much they will offer each item and they said oh well we don’t do that here. He said he will tell me how much if I ask. Which I think is stupid because the Athens location does!!! I ended up making $35 on 9 items. Lots of it is name brand stuff. It sucks but it’s whatever.. Don’t go to the snellville location.

  Awesome quality of clothes. They need to be more clear on what clothes the buy. They really dnt buy a lot past Large or 1X...
