She was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right bras for me. Honestly, this experience was emotional for me because for years I’ve neglected myself. Finally finding the right fit, the right shape, supportive bras, and even some sexy and feminine options made me feel truly seen. Tears literally came to my eyes. What stood out most was how well she listened. When I joked about needing “industrial strength” bras, she didn’t just focus on support — she went the extra mile to help me find pieces that also made me feel feminine, confident, and beautiful. You just don’t see customer service and genuine care like this anymore, and it really meant the world to me. Because of Kristen, I will absolutely be coming back to Lane Bryant.
