  Shovonne in the perfume section was an absolute angel! She was very nice and helpful when I was looking for a specific perfume!

  5/15/2026 at 1:30 My husband bought $60 worth of clothes. We pay for the merchandise . The the old saleslady- over 65 yrs old I know for sure . ( can barely walk ) in the men’s department says SEE YA !! Ratchet as heck. Not, Thank you for shopping Belk or Have a wonderful day come again . Where is the class in SEE YA !! Really Belk !! This is what your shopping experience has come to ? I’ll shop Belk elsewhere.

  This store has terrible customer service. I went to exchange a lip gloss today and was told I would get a $10 credit and NOT the $25 purchase price. I decided to just keep the lip gloss. I also went to the ladies department and was not greeted I saw a lady that had on a name tag and asked if she worked there she said yes but looked unfriendly and unapproachable with a dry face and no smile. This store need to really do better. I will never return.

  Belk(Snellville) is filthy. The women’s changing rooms are dirtier than any Walmart bathroom I’ve ever seen. It was so dirty I had to stand on my shoes to keep my feet from touching the floor. Dust bunnies the size of hamsters, hair, used tissues and hygenic strips everywhere.

  Clothes were okay, but every person working there was really unfriendly, and some were downright rude. Won’t be returning.
