  I love Belk but this location cannot ever seem to have a consistent employee to work the men's checkout counter. It gets frustrating to have to walk to the ladies checkout counter and spend over 40 minutes just to buy 1 item. This is a frequent occurrence so men avoid this location if you need to shop at Belk. Go to the Mall of Georgia location. It is 1000% better.

  I visited the Belk in Snellville with my mother (who recently had back surgery) and my young children. While we were trying on shoes in the children’s shoe department, the manager aggressively approached us and accused us of being responsible for the “disaster” in the area. He told me it was unacceptable and that I needed to “learn to discipline my children.” We had been carefully trying on shoes and had put everything back in its place. Despite this, he continued making accusations in front of my family. My mother even offered to help clean up the department further, but he was still confrontational. I have never been spoken to so rudely or humiliated while shopping. I am 33 weeks pregnant and was sitting on the floor alongside my children making sure to leave the area in the same condition it was when we arrived. The children’s shoe section already had mismatched shoes and general disarray when we arrived... something other customers have apparently complained about. Instead of addressing the store’s organization, the manager chose to blame paying customers. This experience was extremely disappointing and l'll never be shopping here again. Take control of your store snd your staff.

  5/15/2026 at 1:30 My husband bought $60 worth of clothes. We pay for the merchandise . The the old saleslady- over 65 yrs old I know for sure . ( can barely walk ) in the men’s department says SEE YA !! Ratchet as heck. Not, Thank you for shopping Belk or Have a wonderful day come again . Where is the class in SEE YA !! Really Belk !! This is what your shopping experience has come to ? I’ll shop Belk elsewhere.
