  Quick and easy visit. Very satisfied with my purchase. Brad was very helpful as was the woman that helped me out when I came back to complete my purchase. Came in for one bracelet and left with four.

  My experience at Levy Jewelers was fantastic. I was helped by Kym and Neocia, who provided excellent service. I came in for repairs to several watches, and was greeted by Kym who quickly diagnosed the issues. She worked with Neocia and together they promptly and expertly fixed my watches. While there, Kym also took the time to show me several beautiful watches and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable she was about each piece. All in all, Kym and Neocia were delightful, and showed great expertise when handling my repairs. I will certainly be coming back!

  While traveling for work I had a day off in Savannah Georgia, decided to go walking around. I almost went into Levy Jewelry but they completely missed the mark, and David was the main reason. His attitude was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Instead of helping, he seemed annoyed at a person videotaping outside, on a public sidewalk. I’ve never had a jewelry associate make me feel unwelcome. If this is the level of service they think is acceptable, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
