  Came here with several items that needed fixing including a watch, bracelet, necklace chain, and ring, and the employees were friendly and took the time to fix them as we strolled around the mall. One of the items was an heirloom ring that was extremely bent (seemingly irreparable), but they carefully fixed it and it looks better than ever! They also didn't charge as much as I expected for the repairs which was a nice surprise.

  This place is known for harassing and threatening 1st amendment auditors for simply recording on a public sidewalk outside there clear view windows unbelievable ill never shop at this location or there other location for there stupidity and unaware of how the laws work in the UNITED STATES for God sake social media will hear about these locations first thing in the morning smh

  Customer service is awful, the owner thinks he is better than everyone because he was born wealthy. Talks down to people he sees as below him.

He took the time to educate me, answer my questions thoughtfully, and helped me find a ring that truly felt special.
