However, I gave it another try and at this time I booked the stylist based on what I chose. I choose JADE, despite the fact that she has the highest amount to be paid for her service of all stylist on the list. I took the chance!! To make the story short. She really is awesome! She ensures that her job is worth it. It took 2 days for us actually that I have to come back the next day since we reached to the point that the mall had to close. That marked my impression that she really did wanna do my hair in a perfect way. If you are planning to do your hair at JC penny, please do book JADE and you’ll see your money’s worth!! 🩷🙏🏻
