  Was here and willing to buy a few pairs of pants. Went to the clearance section. 70% off. So tell me how a 29.99 pair of pants to is 24.00???? The lousy excuse we got was oh the 70% is off of 29.99 and under....well these pa ts are 29.99!!!!! Oh well....we were so told oh we had to make room. SO YOU PUT PANTS ON A CLEARANCE RACK WHEN THEY ARE NOT CLEARANCE????!!!!! Not my problem. They will NOT make their screw up right. So we left. Jerks.

  Horrible customer service at aerie. I was never acknowledged assuring due to staff standing around talking with each other rather than helping customers

  The girls they had working this afternoon were not friendly at all. I had asked a blonde girl if they had a sweatshirt in my size and she was quick to say it was the only one they had in store. I opened a drawer and found another one ??? Same girl checked me out and was not nice at all. If you don’t like your job and feel miserable maybe don’t work there ???

  The girl at the register was not friendly at all. My friend and I walked in on a Friday afternoon for a few bras. The two girls at the register were chatting about work stuff and greeted us after a few seconds. I tried on a few bras and then got to the register, I was trying to sign into my ae account for my birthday reward and asked the employee if they check for points on her end and she was sharp with me as no and that I would have to do check myself and so I’m trying to login but the girl vibe was so off putting I wanted to cancel my purchase. Im not sure why it feels like I’m inconveniencing people at work when all im trying to do is make a small purchase.

  I had to make an exchange and the sweetest lady , who goes by aunt Stacie, made the entire process so easy <3 I appreciated how kind and well-spoken she was, I will most definitely be back!
