  Great location and the best one ive been to. Employees are very friendly! i sold 3 bags of clothes and only waited 30 minutes! And they had a great selection of clothing to shop! I will be returning! I was skeptical because of the reviews but honestly they were totally wrong!

  The store used to be awesome. It's still nice, but good customer service is scarce & the music is loud for no reason. My last 3 visits of donating & shopping has shown if the Associates are having a conversation, you will have to wait a bit. Great location is a plus.

  The buyer who went through my clothes was incredibly disrespectful and rude. As a past Plato’s closet employee I saw her open my bag of clothes and then drop it on the floor to “pass” on then. When I asked why they didn’t take then she said they were outdated…I had multiple lulu items in the bag that were purchased this year. Disappointed and will not be returning.

  I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences selling clothes here. This last time, I brought in an entire duffle bag of clothes and waited 2.5 hours, only for them to select one item and offer me 90 cents for it. I understand that they can’t accept everything, but waiting that long for such a small payout was extremely frustrating and honestly felt like a waste of time. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an experience like this at this location. After several similar visits, I don’t think I’ll be bringing clothes here again.

  Literally the best experience from start to finish. Very helpful with taking the items and took alot of them I mainly brought denim and active wear. Received a pretty penny and they didn’t take long at all and they had a lot of people ahead of me. I will gladly take the drive to this location now anytime. Great customer service and I’m just very satisfied :)
