  Ms. Diamond was very helpful, patient, and with execellent customer service. She made our visit very easy by taking her time to explain things, going back and forth to find us the right uniform sizes. We appreciate her services very much.

  The store was packed 10 days before the start of school, but that didn't affect the organized and efficient service! Shout out to Olivia, Hailey, and our stellar checkout experience delivered by top performer Lainey :) all service with a smile. Thanks Flynn O'Hara for providing our uniforms.

  While it is a pain to wait in line to be assisted, I do appreciate how clean and organized the store is. I visited to exchange multiple items for different sizes. A kind female employee helped customers waiting in line who already knew the sizes they needed. She quickly found my replacement sizes and searched high and low for one that seemed to be out of stock. She encouraged me to request the replacement online when checking out at the counter. (I wish I had gotten her name) Lainey was my cashier, and is a miracle worker! When placing the order for the size that was out of stock, she let me know that it showed there was one in stock. That she couldn’t promise she would find it, but she was going to double-check. She came back in just a couple minutes with the item! I appreciated that I didn’t have to wait for it to be shipped. Overall, despite the waiting, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are also very patient and welcoming. This makes the long drive and the long wait times more palatable. Appreciate the great customer service and clean, organized store.

  We got our uniforms from Flynn O’Hara and it was a great experience! Two employees at the cash register, Kate and Julia, were so kind and helpful and gave us many excellent tips about the upcoming school year. They helped us ensure we were purchasing the right uniforms and overall helped us feel much more prepared to begin the school year.
