  WARNING: If you value where you spend your money and want to feel confident in the level of service you’ll receive definitely DON’T spend your money here! I was sent an edible arrangement by my coworkers as a birthday gift and never received it. My coworkers then reached out to the local office and spoke with the store manager who stated that he thinks I lied about never receiving it, that his driver told him she saw someone grab it (which is an actual lie, I work from home and was here all day. I never had the privilege of grabbing it but good effort), and they did absolutely nothing to offer any sort of fix or remedy and insisted that my coworkers then reach out to my leasing office instead. For a company that represents being something happy in their local community and one that allows others to celebrate those they care about from afar this particular branch clearly doesn’t take any pride in the service they provide. They will not be helpful if you have an issue and they don’t care about their local customer base. Give your money to someone who values and appreciates your business, this is not it. It’s a big chain anyways, I recommend you find a true local business instead.

  I came in today just wanting some white chocolate covered strawberries! Keesh (spell check) was extremely helpful! He made a fresh batch for me and even brought it to my car. He is a great employee.

  When I'm in town visiting my friend, this is my preferred Edible location for chocolate covered strawberries. They are SO yummy and they will always provide great service, even if it is a last minute thought!

  I got a Mother's Day platter from Roswell, Ga & it looked NOTHING like the picture on the website and it had MOLD on it. Its short 1 cheesecake, no mothers day hearts, no whipped cream, and MOLD on the strawberry... Just wow. Store manager at first accused us of lying because it goes through 4 people before it leaves and then when we sent pictures to prove it he only offered partial refund of $10 at first because "I could have still picked around it and eaten it, it wasnt that serious to throw it away, and they were tired & ready to go home" and i told him I wanted the whole thing refunded so he said he would only refund the platter and not the delivery because they still had to pay someone to deliver it.... ugh I called this morning to make sure he couldnt complain about being tired and ready to go home to once again request a full refund and "JOSH" the store manager told me to not ever call his store again since i was so unhappy with the product. And when i told him i would be reporting to corporate how he was speaking to me he hung up on me because he didnt like that. TERRIBLE SERVICE somebody PLEASE fire this man.
