  Wonderful store! We’ve been coming for years for our dance shoes, outfits & accessories. We always receive friendly, helpful service. They always have what we need & are very knowledgeable about our dance needs. Thank you! We’ll be back.

  I rarely write reviews but i had to write this one. I went to this establishment on Labor Day trying to purchase my daughter’s attire for Dance class. When we walked in, I said hello and no one greeted us just looked at us. The hispanic worker spoke up and decided to help us. She did it with no issue. I ended up getting the stuff needed and went to checkout. When the lady in front of me was checking out the clerk was very cheerful and speaking with the customer and even handed her her receipt in hand. I got up to the counter the clerk immediately started talking to her coworker saying she would come over and help her while i waited to check out. She stopped talking and then took the leotard . I let her know i had some other stuff at the front too that needed to be checked out. Paid and when it was time to give me my receipt she slid it on the counter and said have a great day before walking off. If my daughter didn’t need her attire for the very next day , i would have never spent my dollar there. It just seemed weird that when it was a black customer the same respect wasn’t reciprocated that was seen with the other ones. Mind you we were in that store all of 10 mins and all this happened.

  Very disappointing first experience. I only came here because our dance teacher is no longer ordering tap shoes for students this year. The assistant first gave my daughter a size 7, which was too big, then a 5.5, which was too tight. Instead of bringing a size 6, she brought a 4.5! No one even offered to measure my daughter’s feet, which should be the first step when fitting dance shoes. We eventually ordered the correct size, but received no clear information about delivery time. Unfriendly, unhelpful and disorganized service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

  Amazing store and so helpful for all dancer or gymnastic needs. Nicole was very kind and patient while helping my daughters find the exact shoes for jazz, ballet and tap. She also helped me find them outfits. I was surprised at the quality for the price. Plus, there is even a cute dog! I’ll be coming back every year for new supplies.
