  Ian Bustos helped get my Tissot watch fitted and helped me get it well adjusted. Amazing customer service. Definitely will be coming back when I get more watches that need fitting or if I need my watches cleaned.

  We have purchased and had pieces serviced at Brown and Company for years. We have always found their prices to be competitive and their quality to be top notch. Ian Bustos most recently went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. My husband and I could not more highly recommend them. Highest integrity, best customer service.

  I had a watch repaired here several years back. I tried to use a brown and co gift card that was given to me by a family member to use towards repairs. The young guy who was helping me at the time went to get approval from one of the owners (older lady) and she very rudely told the employee “we cant accept that”. The employee came back, noticeably embarrassed by the owner’s shameful, snobby brush off of a paying customer, and told me they couldn’t accept the gift card. Not sure why. It wasn’t expired. Maybe it was policy, but if so politely say so. So, I paid for repairs and left. To this day, I have never set foot back in that store. Too bad they already got thousands of dollars from us a couple of years prior, when my wife and I purchased our wedding bands from them. Guess they love you when you’re paying thousands.
