Called about ordering strings and they were very honest that it would be cheaper and faster to buy elsewhere and bring them in. They were very generous and helpful. They also helped me consider different options for finding an instrument for my son who is on the small side for the double basses they have. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel confident trusting my instruments to them.

Staff is pleasant and helpful for any need. You are able to try before you buy and sample exquisite products. Megan is great in the cello section. Thanks and I'll definitely keep this shoppe at the top for my orchestral journey with DD.
