I placed an order for a Mother’s Day gift and balloon bundle ($150 order). It was NOT delivered. I called days later, thinking maybe it was late, and instead was told they ran out of the design so they just cancelled WITHOUT notifying me at all. I was not notified via phone or email, nothing! So not only did my mother not receive anything, I had to call to investigate and was met with ignorance and a nonchalant attitude. The lady told me the day is chaotic and busy so basically oh well that my order got screwed. I asked for a manager and was told she’s on vacation, no other solution was given. I implore you, DO NOT order from this store. Trust the other bad reviews. I am in another state and ordered online and regret it fully. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My order looked even better than the pictures, and it made the perfect gift.
