  The male staff member was extremely rude. All I did was look at a few T-shirts and put them back, but he got incredibly angry, claiming I didn't fold or organize them properly. Unbelievable. Apparently, at this store, if customers don't organize the clothes themselves, the male employee will come over and snap at you, so make sure you tidy up. It wasn't even worth arguing over, so I just didn't respond. Also, I highly recommend double-checking your receipt before you leave because they make mistakes. They overcharged me by $20! This experience was so unpleasant that I never want to visit a Polo store ever again.

  Manager was very unprofessional (dude forgot to take his grills out from the night before) clothes had a sticky spot on them, he said it was an “oil stain” I suggested maybe one of his employees was high while stocking shorts and he got very defensive. Still Got that refund. Good boy !
