- JDJohnathan D1 day ago1.0Their price match is fake!! We bought a pair of dress shoes from them but a day later found out the department store actually is about $10 cheaper. We went to ask them to adjust price they first said they Do not match other stores price! BUT It is not said on their sign that only match DSW itself! After we argued that the sign in the stiore didn't say so? Another staff came over and said "oh, we maybe match other stores but only match its original price". Uh! But the other store now has a sale and we are paying the sale price which is $10 cheaper than DSW. What is useful for DSW to match only the other store's highest list price and not the actual sale price? So shop around first, don't trust them to adjust price for you.

- CJC JJun 26, 20261.0Please be careful with this location on Peachtree Parkway in Norcross/Peachtree Corners because I had a very bad customer service experience. I placed an order online and I scheduled it for pickup. On 5/30/26 I came in person to pick up the item and I was dissatisfied on how the shoes looked and they were very uncomfortable and ugly in person. Next, I immediately requested to cancel this order and I was told by the DSW employee that I will not be charged. I waited a couple days and I notice I was charged. I called the store back on June 1 or June 2. I explained to a manager that I was charged and she stated over the phone that she will cancel it again and process a refund. However I feel like the store was dishonest because I notice after almost 30 days later they’ve been attempting to charge me again for an item I don’t have. I reported a dispute and potential fraud and a scam with my bank. They are investigating them and they assured me that they will retrieve my funds and make sure that they will never charge me again!
