My neighbor provided the package to me later in the day where I discovered the security tag was still on the handbag. I went to this location and a sales person was extremely rude. She asked me where did the package come from. It is not my concern as a customer.She needed to read the Package label on her own time. She should have apologized for the inconvenience, but she was too rude under educated with full of ignorance. that associate I was talking about was the manager. I tried to follow a complaint by calling Belk And realized I will be complaining to the person who actually offended me
