I brought in a ton of clothes, but surprisingly, they only ended up buying a few things!
The selling process was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly. The store is also really spacious with a great selection. They have sales pretty often too.

They have an okay selection of clothes. The teenagers who work there, however, don’t have very good customer service skills. They won’t greet you when you walk in, or ask if you need assistance selling items. None of them seem like they enjoy working there.

Shitty experience every time. Rude teenagers with nothing better to do than be mean and crappy to people trying to make some cash. Won’t ever come back.

I recently came in to drop off some clothes I grew out of in 5 months, the clothes were smaller yes because I was very skinny but they were all adult size (xxs, xs-s) keep in mind, this is brand new brandy Melville, Hollister, pacsun, brands that are trending with girls my age. The didn’t accept any of the clothes. They said some had wear and tear (which is understandable) but they said the rest was children sizes and I should bring them to once upon a child. There were literally see through clubbing outfits in there, I brought in about 30 pairs of clothes. This really hurt my heart, as a very small girl I would have loved to find petite clothes in Plato’s closet as cute as those. None of them were children’s clothes just small adult sizes, this is very hurtful to people with smaller bodies that already feel insecure about being smaller. I really should have said something but I was feeling very insecure when she said that. Don’t try to donate clothes there.
