  Staff needs to stop talking so much and work. This is a job and while it’s ok to speak with your coworkers, people/customers drive far and wide to sell here for various reasons and especially the young staff, they don’t have a regard for other people’s time or circumstances. I am very disappointed at my experience today.

  I had a fantastic experience at this store! After repeated disappointments at the Columbus location, I decided to drive to Newnan. I was so impressed with the customer service and cleanliness. I'll definitely be coming here from now on!

  This location is the BEST location I have ever been to. I was in the store on yesterday and the young ladies went ABOVE AND BEYOND as sale associates. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the store and there was this particular sales associate who asked me did I have any questions and let her know if she could help me. She contacted the manager via email pertaining to a question I posed pertaining to an upcoming sale. My only regret was not getting this young lady's name. She had blonde hair and was extremely helpful! I drove 45 miles to check out this location's inventory, as I live less than 5 miles from another location. I will definitely be frequenting this store at least once a season. I spent over $100 on toys and clothes yesterday and I am glad I did. I was going to wait until Saturday to save money during their 70% off clearance sale tomorrow but because of the hospitality I chose to stay and shop. There was also a young lady with blonde hair in a prixy cut that was extremely helpful and friendly. Their inventory was awesome, as well! Plus, the store was clean and smelled wonderful. Sadly, some of the Once Upon a Child stores smell stuffy. As I left three different ladies thanked me for shopping there and/or wished me a good day. This is DEFINITELY my new favorite location!   Great place to buy clothing but I would not recommend taking clothes to sell. I took 3 trash bags full of brand new/gently used clothes, high end brands and they only took about 10 things and gave me $12. Waste of a drive. There was nothing wrong with anything I took up there. They said my stuff was either stained or looked to worn which was not true. I saw stuff on the racks that was way more worn out than anything I had.
