  Purchased $239 in items from Belk Newnan on 6/13. The 30 day return policy is NOT on the receipt. I tried to exchange sizes when I was back on this side of town - about 45 days later - and was told no. NO exchange, NO return. NOTHING. She pointed out the ripped return policy sticker on the counter (see pic) - like I stop and read stickers on the countertops? Belk will no longer get any business from me. They literally know my parents on sight and say hello by name and they will no longer shop here either. Too many other places to spend our money.

  Terrible customer service from the Estée Lauder counter. (The Clinique lady was wonderful, however.) came in last week to buy makeup, the lady said it was out but they should have it in the shipment coming in the afternoon. Came back today, still don’t have it, and the same lady ignored me while putting up stock. Belk has gone was done hill and doesn’t care about the customer service anymore. Dillards will get my business right across the road from now on.

  Ariana, the sales associate who checked me out at Belk Newnan was fantastic! She was professional and friendly in a genuine, true manner, not the over-the-top, fake manner that is very common. I am including her associate #: 013321, which is on my receipt in case I am not spelling her name correctly so Belk knows this particular employee deserves to be recognized for providing excellent customer service.

  Recently shopped at the Belk in Newnan GA. What a horrible experience. I'm handicapped, 79 years old and can barely walk. This store is about the size of 2 football fields, but not a cart in site. I'd talked to the manager about this before...his response "Well, we have 20 carts." Enough said. Belk used to be such a pleasant shopping experience, but sadly no more. Not enough salespeople on the floor and they keep the checkout people out on the floor most of the time. They pretty much lost me when they stopped carrying Polo.
