  I walked in AE with a hat I was returning and it still had the security alarm attached. I was approached by an associate didn’t get his name but it was a black male with dreads told me he would take off attachment but I told him it was a return. He told me to go stand in line and when it was my turn I told them I didn’t have the receipt since it was a item my husband purchased while we were in Florida and he didn’t get to use bc it still had the security attachment also he had changed his mind on the hat. This other associate helping me at the register was whispering something on the radio so the male associate came back and was being very judgmental with his tone saying he couldn’t help me or even give me store credit without any proof of purchase he even said I know you didn’t steal it bc I saw you walked in with it and I was starting to get upset bc the store was busy with customers not to mention I spend so much money at this location to be treated like a thief. I asked if he could take off the security attachment and he said no so now I have a hat my husband did not want and can’t wear. Never shopping at this location again I will do the extra drive to Peachtree city. Also calling corporate to report this issue.

  Not this store specifically but AE online return policy is insane when they make a mistake....I was sent the wrong item and when I insisted that they correct it...I was told to return the item myself and then just reorder the item I wanted....you can see the convo with the agent attached. I have contacted Sydney Sweeney as well. Update. They made it right 👍🏿

  My sister & I had such a pleasant experience at this location. Harvey was incredibly kind & spot on with all his recommendations. He was attentive to multiple customers & seemed to go above & beyond for each & every one of us. Lily, at the register, was also incredibly kind and personable and ensured that we got our discounts. We'll definitely be back to this location soon.

  The store manager, John was amazing! He went above and beyond to try to figure out the issue with my order during a busy time of year!
