- NNnppd2Aug 22, 20265.0First and foremost, Jeffery was by far the best thing about visiting this location! He was like your favorite and cool uncle in one person. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything when it came to buying a suit. No matter how busy he got, he managed his time appropriately between every customer that came in the store. He was able to get me in a suit when no other store that I went to even cared to help. This man even picked up an obscure line from the Sopranos that I said to my wife at one point. He picked up on it immediately!! Aside from that, this is the second DXL store I’ve been in, and I will keep returning because I’m always able to find what I need and the customer service is always on point. I am 6’3” 450lbs and I can always find something that fits properly and its quality. Jeffery was by far the best thing about this location though and just on point from the first second I met him.

While the older man was out. This time there is a sign on the door saying be back around 3:35 pm. I arrived at 2:30 pm. I drove 40 minutes round trip to get here. If this is how you do business. I will just shop online from another brand.
