  Someone needs to teach Bertha old self to not be prejudiced of customers and come to conclusions they have no money to spend. After she saw what they paid she wants to switch attitude and be nice to the Hispanic family at check out. First she was rude and unpleasant then switch attitude like a light switch. Horrible customer service BERTHA!!

  If I could give less then one star I would. I have shopped here multiple times over the years and knew I could find a dress for an award ceremony I was attending. I went in a little after 7pm and very quickly found three dresses as I was walking to the fitting room an announcement came on saying the fitting room would be closing in 15 minutes I hurried to the dressing room to try on the options (where I was the only one in there and there were no clothes on the return rack) knowing I would probably one if not two dresses totaling $100. As I am trying on dresses I begin to hear a repeated dinging alarm blare for what felt like 15 seconds every two minutes it was the most overwhelming sound and made it hard to concentrate on the purchase that I was trying to decide on. By 7:25 I was back dressed and was going to head to the back to the plus size section to see if one of the dress I wanted was in a smaller size and come back the following day to try on and purchase as I knew the dressing room was closing as I can out I asked the associate if that alarm was for the dressing room and she didn’t have the decency to even stop and look me just yes it is and when I said once is enough there is no need to blare that she said I have no control over it and just continued walking. It was such an unpleasant experience but I really wanted that dress and was just going to check the size (it is 7:30 at this point the store does not close until 8) but was so turned off by the experience I just left and have no plans to ever make purchases from there again which is so disheartening. I understand the store was closing in another thirty minutes but that still is an awful way to treat a customer who is actively trying to make a purchase while the store is still open for said next thirty minutes. The manager was just as rude to my mother who called to share my experience because she knew I was too upset to talk with them at the time. It seems the customer service as a whole is severly lacking based on other reviews which is disappointing when you just wanting to find nice clothes without having to go far.
