  Drove to this store because website said it was open. Arrived and doors were locked, no signs indicating when they would be back, not professional!

  PS THEY NEED A NEW MANGER IN THAT STORE **★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Would Not Recommend** I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with this store, as I believe other customers deserve to know what to expect before doing business here. I paid extra for same-day delivery, expecting the service I was charged for. However, just 30 minutes before my scheduled delivery window, I was informed — with no prior warning — that the delivery could not be completed. This alone was frustrating, but what followed made the situation far worse. When I called to speak with a manager to address the issue, I was told the manager was not available and only works select days. The staff member I spoke with was unable to reach the manager by phone and offered no real solution. Instead of taking ownership of the situation or attempting to make things right, I was simply told that my order would now be sent out the following day. At no point did the representative ask how they could help, offer an apology, or show any genuine concern for the inconvenience this caused me. If I'm paying for same-day delivery, I expect same-day delivery — not a day's delay with no explanation or accountability. To make matters worse, I was informed that my refund for the delivery fee would take up to 10 business days to process. So not only did I not receive the service I paid for, but I am now left waiting over a week to get my own money back. Throughout this entire experience, it was clear that there was no real customer service structure in place. No manager was available to speak with, no one seemed empowered to resolve the issue, and the only response I received was that the "store was about to close" and they "could look into it" — with no real follow-through. This kind of response is unacceptable for a business that takes customers' money for premium services. After this experience, it's easy to see why this location has the reviews it does. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and an absence of basic customer care make this one of the worst experiences I've had with a business. I would not recommend this store to anyone, especially if you're relying on time-sensitive services like same-day delivery. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes real changes — because right now, there is a serious gap between what customers are paying for and what they're actually receiving. -

  $99 sympathy order placed. The site shows 2 bunches of grapes, 4 cakes, dove birds (to represent sympathy) a wicker basket and a generous portion of fruit. What was received was skimpy. No doves, 1 bunch of grapes, 2 cakes, a skimpy amount of fruit in a ceramic plate. I have now called the store 3 times. On Friday, 7/10 delivery day, I spoke with Catherine who offered a refund or replacement. I requested the replacement which was to be delivered on Monday. No delivery, no call. I called on Monday and spoke with Kierstin who saw no notes for the correction delivery. She called the manager and told me he also was not aware of the issue and that I needed to call back to speak with him (Clifton) I have now called the store for the 3rd time (Ileft a message on the voicemail) and have no resolution to this issue.

  Had a great experience at this store. I had never been to one before and the associates behind the counter were great! offered samples of the products and enjoyed my first frozen yogurt shake! Awesome!!
