- SJStarlett JohnsonNov 3, 20231.0Was in the store a few days ago and I asked the clerk if I would be able to exchange the shoes in which she said yes however she just return the shoes and then said I couldn’t make a straight exchange I would have to go online and re-buy as they can’t do it in the store I told her I didn’t want to return the shoes and I just wanted my shoes back she wouldn’t give me my shoes back and she said that would be stealing and she can’t reverse anything and I wasn’t understanding what she was saying she was being so condescending and just kept saying you don’t understand what I’m saying ma’am her name was Jessica and she was rude and smug and totally shaming me in front of other customers and no manager stepped up to help I will never be coming back to this location ever again or shopping with DSW and I will tell all my friends and anyone else that I care about don’t set foot in the store shop with DSW online
