- AAAmandaSep 12, 20261.0I don’t really shop here and they asked if I had a phone number with them. I said no. They asked if I wanted to set one up. I said no. They then told me they couldn’t even scan my shoes I wanted if they didn’t have a phone number to enter and if I didn’t register. I told them I wasn’t interested and get too many emails/spam texts etc. The lady at the register acted super cold towards me and insisted I had to create an account. A little ridiculous that you can’t walk in and just buy a pair of shoes and leave without sharing all your personal info.
- PGPaulina GarciaSep 11, 20265.0Someone deserves a raise! Her name begins with the letter J., and she is a nursing major. She did an amazing job of being nearby if I needed help with anything. Thanks to her beautiful job, instead of just returning shoes I ordered online, I bought my correct size and bought another pair of shoes. I just purchased another online order, because her perfect customer service stuck with me throughout the rest of my day.
- KOKristan OwensAug 27, 20261.0Associates all looked and didn’t speak when I entered . Only one spoke as I walked up . I returned in the store to exchange the exact shoe for a half size down to be told they couldn’t , it would have to be an return and repurchase . After looking online and calling a different location , that is not the policy of DSW for an online pickup order . They are allowed to exchange the same shoe for an online order . The lack of knowledge on the associates behalf (because I’m going to assume the best and say that was the reason ☺️) is extremely inconvenient as I drove to this location for this shoe specifically , and I will be getting my shoes from another store now .
- KTKailey TimsonMay 22, 20265.0They have a great selection of shoes as well as some other stuff. Avery Radtke helped me out and she was so kind and helpful. A great employee and definitely made my experience great. Will be back and ask for her help the next time I am in there!!
