  I ordered flowers from Carithers Flowers for a funeral and was very pleased with the entire experience. The salesperson was kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful during the ordering process. The flowers were delivered on time for the service, which I truly appreciated. The customer service was excellent, and I would definitely order from Carithers Flowers again. Highly recommended!

  We worked with Nikki to have flowers for our son's rehearsal dinner, and she was so easy to work with with and helpful in choosing the right arrangements and flowers for the table centerpieces. They were GORGEOUS, and delivered on time - we got many compliments on them!! So thankful we went this route instead of trying to do them ourselves :)

  Carithers is just outstanding! Whether ordering floral arrangements for a wedding or a coworker, they never miss the mark. They are always friendly, reliable, prompt and professional. The floral arrangements always look "freshly picked" and smell like heaven! It goes without saying that they are a local Atlanta staple and will forever be my personal go-to for special occasion flowers.

  What I ordered versus what was delivered. What my friend receives was a lot darker bouquet than on the website. In terms of the flower quality, white and purple hydrangea flowers were wilted and not fresh as you can see on the photo — and these were just delivered an hour ago. The peach rose on the website was a dark orange rose in real life. I’m really disappointed. This is why I don’t like ordering flowers. I just got out of surgery 48 hours ago and I wanted to get something special to my caregiver. This was my first time ordering here after seeing all the good reviews and this is not the quality I expected sadly. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me personally after seeing my review and was incredibly kind and gracious. I truly wasn’t expecting a refund, but she issued a full refund and even offered to send a replacement arrangement, which I declined because I wanted to leave the original gift as the nice gesture it was. I really appreciate how thoughtfully and professionally she handled my concerns. That kind of customer service goes a long way.

  Having used and relied on Carithers for more years than I can remember, I placed an order for flowers to be sent to my sister across town. The flowers were beautiful; however, they were delivered to the wrong apartment number. Fortunately, some honest neighbor children saw the correct address on the outside card and put them in front of her apartment. Then they alerted her when they saw her in the parking lot. Had a different kind of individual intercepted them, my sister would not have received her surprise. I called to report the issue and only got a rote "I'm very sorry for that and it's not our normal policy and we will report it to the dispatch team." Yeah, okay. I would have expected a better resolution. I may reconsider my choice in the future.
