I absolutely hate shopping for jeans, especially shorts but it's now summer season so I had to go. I feel like every short style fits so different but Samantha and Kiana were SO SO helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Multiple trips to the back, multiple fitting rooms, and they did it all with a smile on their faces. Truly would not have been able to find what I needed without them!

Chloe was so very helpful to me today. I was having a hard time finding a pair of jeans to go with my outfit for a concert tomorrow night. She spent well over 30 minutes with me, helping me and her searching for the perfect pair. She wouldn’t even go on her break until we found a pair that I liked. She went above and beyond. She was so kind and sweet! American Eagle - give this girl a bonus! Everyone at this location was nice!

Taylor the so called manager is a poor excuse. She was unhelpful when a sale sign was on the wrong rack of clothing and then just walked off with no apology and we were charged full price. She also told us when we needed a dressing room that she was on break. When I confronted her, she said she put her cigarettes down to help us so what was the big deal. She then laughed at me. I tried to explain to her that she didn't need to rudely tell us that she was on break and we could care less about her cigarettes. When I asked for her info, she threatened to call security. I told her to please call them and maybe they would give me her name. She then waived her name tag in my face and yelled to get out of HER STORE. Very Professional Ms. Taylor is and I hope she had a cigarette once I left, because apparently she needed one!
