- AEAmber EvansJun 10, 20261.0I needed a pair of pants in an emergency situation. I went online for in store pick up and tried to pay through the app but something was wrong on Express end and wouldn’t let me check out. I called and had them pull the pants so an employee could get them for me. They were $69 online - I even had the order with the price printed out. My coworker got to the store and they wouldn’t honor the price and charged her $100! Due to it being an emergency, I had no choice but to pay full price. I’ve been an Express Insider member for over 20 years, a card holder and very loyal customer. I truly can’t believe they wouldn’t honor the price knowing that I called and informed them that the online ordering was not working! Even though I love their clothes, I will NEVER make another purchase from Express no matter if it’s an emergency or not!
