  I drove 45 mins EACH WAY to pick up my order. The slip stapled to the garment bag shows the correct item. I didnt check inside the garment bag - I didn't think I needed to. But when I arrived home - over one and a half hours later. I looked inside the garment bag to find a completely DIFFERENT suit jacket with a diff item -# - in the WRONG size. I called the phone # and pressed 4 to talk to someone in the store re my pick up order it rang and rang until The operator recording came on. Nobody ever answered! I did this multiple times. I know people make mistakes - however this was easily avoidable if they had double checked the item with the order #. I should have too. I will remember this next time. Now I have to return an item that I don't have a receipt for because they gave me the wrong item! Such a waste of my time and energy.

  I was there a week ago and asked the clerk fir my favorite perfume. I could barely hear her over the loud boom party music coming from a vendor across the perfume counter. I asked that lady to please turn it down she refused stating it's in the wall. Belks has always been a classy place but that store brought it down to the gutter. A policy needs to be implemented against loud music!!.
