  We had another fantastic stay in our RV at the North Macon Bass Pro Shop (2nd time staying here). Everyone in the store was super friendly, including Steven in the hunting section. And we got to see the fish feeding in their beautiful aquarium! Mike (a manager?) came out to our trailer when he was leaving and we had a great talk. 15 minutes later, José walked out (a football field away!) with some snacks, compliments of Mike! How much friendlier can you get? We've always had great experiences at many Bass Pro Shops, but this was beyond exceptional 👏!

  BUYER BEWARE — Extremely Disappointing and Deceptive My experience with the Hilton Grand Vacations booth was extremely frustrating and, based on what happened, left me with the strong impression that the sales process was deceptive and a scam. Amanda, the sales manager, made numerous representations about the discounted hotel rates I was purchasing in exchange for attending a timeshare presentation. Most importantly, she specifically assured me that she could book my desired hotel and dates, and that if she could not, I would receive a refund. After purchasing, she booked completely incorrect dates. I repeatedly followed up for over a month, continually checking in and asking for the dates to be corrected. Despite all of those attempts, the issue was never resolved. After understandably losing patience, I requested a refund. For approximately a week, I received vague, noncommittal responses rather than a meaningful resolution. I eventually told Amanda that, absent a response, I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. Rather than addressing the issue, Amanda blocked my phone number. She also refused to return my calls despite multiple different store departments leaving notes requesting that she contact me. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. When a sales representative makes specific promises to secure a booking and provide a refund if those promises cannot be fulfilled, only for the booking to be incorrect, the issue to remain unresolved for weeks, and communication to ultimately be cut off, it is difficult not to view the experience as having the appearance of a scam. One star is more than enough. I strongly recommend documenting every promise made during the sales process and getting everything in writing before providing payment.

  Left on hold for twenty minutes trying to ask a question, transferring to all these different departments. Then at the end they hang up on me.

  They have everything and staff are so nice.I about had to pull my grandson out of the store.So much fishing and hunting gear.

  Terrible customer service i will never buy another firearm from them, 3 weeks ago I spent 3 hours purchasing a shotgun the salesman Scott was great but the management was terrible when it came to the paperwork I went back today to purchase another shotgun and couldn't even get anyone to show it to me the salesman was rude when I asked for help so we just left and went to another store and was in and out in less that 30 minutes
