- SSSteve1 day ago5.0Bass pro has anything you need To do with hunting and fishing. But I've been there so many times I can't remember. Bass pro is just another word for $100 store. I promise every time I go in there and spend $100 or more. But they always got what I need. Thank you Bass pro

- BCBrandon CusterAug 22, 20261.0I bought a pistol from here in 2021 and S&W had a recall on it. S&W said return to the store for an easy return and repair. My receipt was lost but I had my credit card statement and even my google map history showing where I was on that day I purchased the gun with my credit card. I went to Bass Pro and they could not find any records of me buying the gun there. They did a background check and took my CCL # the day I bought it but now they have no records and the manager said I didn’t buy it there and they would not return it for me. So they lost me as a loyal customer.I have been shopping there since it opened and even took my kids to see Santa there every year when they were growing up. How do you lose records of a gun purchase that Bass Pro said they keep all records. The truth is I called the ATF and they stated that Bass Pro purged their records and send to the ATF. I ask for a record request to prove I bought it at Bass Pro but the ATF refused stating that the records request must be part of an ongoing criminal investigation. Don’t shop at Bass Pro!!!
