They make you run in circles for weeks when you file a warranty claim and then claim they closed your claim because you didn’t accept an offer that never existed. You have to chat, can’t get anyone to pickup a phone and have a conversation with you. Buyer beware The seller replied with instructions like I haven’t completed these steps. I’ve “chatted” for over 5 hours with service reps trying to get the warranty claim completed online to be told that my offer had been rescinded and I need to resubmit a new claim.
