My shopping experience felt uncomfortable because it seemed like staff were closely watching me as though they suspected I was stealing, which made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, every visit to the Dogwood American Eagle location has been a negative experience. I hope management invests in improving customer service and creating a more welcoming environment with friendlier staff.
