- III’ll Try ItJul 28, 20264.0We were greeted as soon as we came in and asked if we needed any help. Seasonal items were out, but it seemed a little over-priced for the selection they had. The checkout counter was also sloooooow as there was only 1 person working.
- DLDeja LewisJun 26, 20261.0Very disappointing customer service. My shopping experience felt uncomfortable because it seemed like staff were closely watching me as though they suspected I was stealing, which made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, every visit to the Dogwood American Eagle location has been a negative experience. I hope management invests in improving customer service and creating a more welcoming environment with friendlier staff.
