  My daughter found a HOCO dress at Windsor for her first homecoming. We went to the Lawrenceville location to try it on, but ended up ordering it online because of a promo code. The dress was cute, but super short so we had to add another tier to the bottom to make it appropriate. She got the dress in August and as she was putting it on 30 minutes before everyone was arriving for pictures this past Saturday the zipper completely broke. It was very disappointing and we were a little panicked, but we figured we would sew her into the dress if we had to. Thanks to a Youtube video we were able to fix the zipper temporarily for her to enjoy the dance until we could get the zipper replaced. I contacted Windsor customer support Monday and they offered to give us 30% off to keep the dress or a full refund to send it back. 30% was not enough money to replace the zipper, but we already had it altered for the length so we decided to take the discount and keep the dress. I wish they would have been able to cover the full cost to replace the zipper, but 30% is the max they were willing to offer for damage. All in all the dresses at this store just aren't appropriate for what we are looking for and so we don't intend to purchase from this store in the future. I do appreciate that they were willing to help us with a situation that was very unfortunate, just wish it was a solution that didn't end us costing us more to make this dress work. You live and you learn.
