I told her I know what I want and she says we are closed.. then she picked up her personal phone , she stayed at register , talking on her phone. This is very upsetting.. I trusted the store will stay open at least 10 till the hour but to turn away a customer… I don’t think that person has any sense of ambition, respect, undependable and definitely poor customer service related. I was there at 742… the sun is still up. No excuse! I would cut her go what ever level she may be … poor performance.
