    Went in just to look around to see what new glasses they got, and I ended up buying multiple pairs. The sales rep was very professional and had lots of patience. He stayed after hours for us and not once I felt under pressure. Kudos to that sales rep (3/2/21). Thank you

    Worst return experience EVER. Returned a purchase made online to this nearest store on 11/25 and still have yet to get the refund as of 12/17. The manager states every time that we have no control over the time for refund and has NO IDEA as to when it'll take place but has been suggesting it'll take a couple of weeks🙄. It may not be his fault but it's the company he works for and represents. I'm just done... First and last time I deal with this company. Not a happy consumer
